Martin has just finished a run of The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s) as Firmin, and his extensive theatre credits include Maurice in Beauty & the Beast, (London Palladium and UK Tour), Thenardier in Les Misérables (UK tour), Dr Dillamond in Wicked (original company Victoria Apollo), Scrooge in A Christmas Carol (Rose Theatre, Kingston), Andre in The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty's), Horace in Top Hat (Aldwych and UK Tour), Les Misérables (Queen's), George Banks in Mary Poppins (for which he won a TMA for Best Supporting Actor) (UK tour), Rupert in Bottle (Tristan Bates Theatre), Harry in Mamma Mia! (Prince of Wales), Colin in Absent Friends (Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough), Richard in Dead Funny (Nottingham Playhouse), Philip in One of Us (Tristan Bates Theatre), and Fancourt Babberley in Charley's Aunt (Sheffield Crucible). His film work includes: Papadopolous & Son, Doomsday, Flood and Ali G in da House.
